What began as an online course to teach KW agents and associates the formula and methods Linda McKissack used to sponsor agents into the company has grown into a suite of products including a Recruiting Platform and a free Profit Share Challenge.
Just as our mantra has always been to change the lives of agents by introducing them to KW, we want to change the lives of those already at KW by sharing how to build wealth through the amazing opportunity of Profit Share!
The original Profit Share Mastery Course was introduced in 2021 and the updated and expanded Profit Share Masterclass is set to launch in early 2023. In 2022, we introduced Personal Recruiting Websites with Automation. It's the same platform that Nick Avila, Pres's friend used to become the #2 Sponsoring Agent of all time with Keller Williams!
Finally, our free Challenge also launches in 2023. Our Challenge gives you an overview of how to go from 0 to 15 in your downline!

Mo Anderson says that the #1 thing you can do as an agent with Keller Williams is to recruit 15 people into your first level. To this day, Linda herself only has 27 in her first level. With time, her Profit Share grew to 7 levels and thousands of agents.
